What did the client need?
IAM RoadSmart needed assistance with a new website, a complete re-brand and with the content of its re-launched magazine.
What did we propose?
For the website, we worked with a web developer and web design company, project-managing the process. For the re-brand, we placed an interim marketing head to work alongside the web project and on the creation of a coherent marketing plan and collateral. This included new brochures, flyers and best practice material. Working with another agency, we re-launched the magazine and now manage its content and production.
How does it work?
Following the completion of the web and re-brand projects, INL’s editorial team now works on IAM RoadSmart magazine and as required provides a consultancy service for marketing and other communications.
What is the end result?
The magazine’s re-launch issue won a Highly Commended award from the Guild of Motoring Writers and a unanimous thumbs-up from the 110,000 membership as well as the trustees.
